California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

At Eflyn, we believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. That’s why we are committed to upholding human rights both within our own company and throughout our supply chain.

As a California-based company, we fully support the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010. This law requires companies to be transparent about their efforts to address issues of slavery and human trafficking. We believe that this transparency is essential for empowering consumers to make informed decisions about the products they buy and the companies they support.

At Eflyn, we take our commitment to human rights seriously. That’s why we conduct annual audits of our suppliers to ensure that they are in compliance with all local laws, including those related to human trafficking and slavery. These audits are not performed by a third party; rather, our executives personally visit each manufacturer to conduct these checks.

We also contract with our suppliers and include specific terms and conditions requiring them to comply with all applicable laws related to human trafficking and slavery. We firmly believe that by holding our suppliers accountable, we can reduce the risk of these terrible crimes occurring in our supply chain.

We want to assure our customers that we do not conduct business with suppliers who do not comply with human trafficking and slavery laws. We are committed to doing our part to create a more just and equitable world for everyone.
