Chillicothe, Ohio – December 6th, 2024 — Eflyn is proud to announce the successful installation of an outdoor dual-screen interactive digital kiosk in Downtown Chillicothe, a project made possible through the T-Mobile Hometown Grants Program in collaboration with Main Street America. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enhance community engagement, tourism, and public access to information in small towns across the United States.

The installation features a 55-inch, dual-sided, 3500-nit high-brightness touchscreen display equipped with Eflyn Civic Connect, an advanced interactive software platform that enables visitors and residents to explore local businesses, events, and public announcements in real time.

The Eflyn kiosk provides a modern, weather-resistant, IP65-rated platform that operates reliably in all outdoor conditions. Positioned strategically in the downtown area, it serves as a central hub for communication, displaying event calendars, tourism highlights, local promotions, and emergency alerts — all designed to support the city’s ongoing downtown revitalization and visitor engagement efforts.

The project was made possible through T-Mobile’s Hometown Grants Program, which provides up to $50,000 in funding to small towns with populations under 50,000. Through this initiative, T-Mobile is investing $25 million over five years to support 500 rural towns across the country — helping jumpstart innovative community projects like Downtown Chillicothe’s new digital kiosk.
