Penguin Pickup

Solution: In order to tackle this challenge, we redesigned our Self-Ordering Kiosk, originally made for restaurants, into a Retail Self-Serve system. Along with redesigning the Kiosks, entirely new software was created to feature a catalog of items in stock at each Penguin Store, along with animated instructions on how to Self-Checkout, multimedia branding content, and an easy backend for employees to update inventory changes, track analytics, and change prices instantly and remotely.

Results: The Penguin Pick-Up stores are gaining strong popularity and recognition in places like Toronto because of their easy Grab-And-Go system. These stores have changed the way people perceive convenience stores by being sleek, modern, and embracing kiosk technology.
