Challenge: Islamic Institute of Orange County IIOC was looking for a new and improved way to collect donations on unattended self-serve giving kiosks and a dynamic way to display their events and Story Telling Digital Posters, fully manageable from the head office. Customers also required integration with NeonOne CRM for donation and customer information.

Solution: Eflyn supplied IIOC with 32″ Digital Self Serve Giving Kiosks with Lane/3000 pinpad terminals for unattended donations. The client was provided with a web-based content management back-end solution for real-time updates.

Results: IIOC was able to streamline the donation and manage all kiosk content, including digital signage, funds, giving/donation categories, and all donation financial reports because of its ease of use and efficiency.
